Meet the CEO, James McFarland

James McFarland has owned and operated Hotwater Works since 1978. Graduate of Michigan State University, James was introduced to the hot tub industry through his passion for Japanese-style soaking tubs. James is also an artist, and his pieces are the decor of his store- located in downtown Lansing. James also designs and manufactures soaking tubs through his company, Furohealth^®. The first time James experienced the healing power of hot water, it became his passion in life to spread the word.
